Hi! I’m Shannon
For nearly two decades I have been helping Buyers and Sellers with their Real Estate needs in Austin and the surrounding areas. Anyone who knows me knows how much I love my job and how much I love my clients. That’s why my commitment to you is: I don’t just want to be your REALTOR, I want to be your REALTOR for life. They say moving is one of the most stressful life events. I want to be the one you can count on during that time. I strive to earn and maintain your trust. After all, that’s my reputation.
A little about me…When I’m not busy helping my clients I enjoy spending time with my family & friends. I’ve been married to my sweetheart for over 25 years and we have a son who attends Texas Tech University (Wreck ‘Em!). I’m originally a Minnesota native (you betcha!), but I’ve lived in Texas most of my life. I love living in Austin and spending time on the lake in the summers. I’m an avid dog lover and also have two French Bulldogs named Dolly Parton & Kenny Rogers (yes, really). My husband and I have also previously spent time rescuing & fostering dogs in the Gulf Coast Area. I previously served as a member and Committee Mom for Young Men’s Service League, and I’ve hosted more than 14 annual community Blood Drives in the Four Points area. One requirement for earning the ABR® designation is verifying completed transactions with other homebuyers. Therefore, an inexperienced real estate agent cannot obtain the ABR® Designation.
Certified Negotiation Expert
An agent with the CNE designation has completed expert level training in the art of negotiation. From understanding the psychology of the negotiations to applying a high level knowledge of different negotiation tactics, a CNE uses this education to assist buyers and sellers throughout their transaction.
Certified Pricing Strategy Advisor
