Shannon helped sell my home. First she came over and looked at our house and helped us make a list of things that needed to be done before we put it on the market. Then she helped stage it, so it would sell fast. And it did!!! One of the things that made the process so smooth, is that she always answered her phone or text quickly to respond to questions I had. “We are so so grateful for Shannon. She helped us purchase our very first home 8 years ago and was so knowledgeable and insightful. When we started looking for a new home at the beginning of the year, we knew that we wanted to look at new builds, we also knew that we wanted Shannon as our realtor again, but we had quite a few friends (and even an internet search) tell us that we didn’t need a realtor to purchase a new build, it was “a simple process that we could navigate with the builder’s sales rep.” Oh man, am I glad that we did NOT listen to that advice!! From the very beginning, Shannon was on our side. Despite choosing a highly reputable builder we still ran into so many issues. The wrong counters were installed multiple times, the builder’s construction supervisor tried to back out of fixes that they had already agreed to — it quickly became incredibly stressful. Shannon answered every one of my phone calls with a smile in her voice. I often felt like we were her only clients (I know we weren’t but she made us feel that way). She stood up to the construction supervisor when he tried to bully us and tell us that shotty work was “normal”. She even dropped everything one day to come to the slab yard with me to make sure that we got the right counters installed after 3 failed attempts by the builder. She tactfully and expertly helped us navigate a delay in closing when our electricity was found to be not working the night before we were expected to close. Did I mentioned that she navigated all of this with us while also listing and securing buyers for our first home within 4 days of listing in the middle of a pandemic?! Shannon is the way to go. We won’t even consider using anyone else. Ever.”

I highly recommend Shannon. We initially went with a discount broker due to the cheaper cost. This market is crazy and we needed the most out of our house in Steiner Ranch. Somehow she knew it would be perfect for us
Shannon helped me and my husband buy a house in August 2020. We were moving from out of state and had a short window to find a house. Without hesitation, Shannon took us to 30 homes in 2 days. Of course the one we bought was one we hadn’t requested to see, but she somehow knew it would be perfect for us even though we had never met her before our marathon house hunting session. My husband and I move a lot and have dealt with 4 realtors in 6 years.
